Then the Mind The Fox @Home program is just right for you. Over one month you will get daily input with small, intensive mindfulness exercises. The exercise does not take more than 10-15 min. It will stimulate your thoughts and your experience. Your mind will be flooded in sunlight. Engage into a journey to yourself. By different stimulus you can get to know what is best for you, what helps you most in finding an ease and centers yourself again. There are no utilities needed, you can do the exercises from all places.
