Team Program for more mindfulness within the working day to get strengthened and focused out of a break. The team gets boosted with energy and uplifts its performance.
In the workshop, you will experience the enriching effect of small, practical exercises to gently integrate mindfulness into everyday working life. It will be a holistic experience by combining practice-oriented exercises with comprehensible theory. Mindfulness is a valuable tool for meeting the demands of everyday working life with calmness and clarity.
Mindfulness and nature is closely connected and both sides should be included in our daily life. The workshop will let you experience the beauty of nature connected with mindfulness beeing. It will be a variety of theory as well as effective, well chosen exercises to let you understand what it means to be mindful.

If all are pulling together it makes more fun and is more effective. By understanding this activities as useful for team building as well as great invested time in themselves, it will lead to the biggest success.
The program is about 4 weeks long with input on each working day. The effort is at most 15 minutes to a determined time, ideally at the late morning/ lunch break.
It can be executed from all places as it is location independent. Hence it is also suitable for remote working teams. As well as for open plan offices as there wont will be a big sportive activity or something similar.
We will start first with an introduction to the topic, an assessment via questionnaire will be done at the beginning and the end. The core itself are daily, handcrafted tasks of different topics (mindfulness, capacity of teamwork, body, nature etc.). The tasks are created for at most 15 minutes and are designed like that no utilities (just once a handkerchief/ sheet of paper) are necessary and hence it can be done at any place. Every day there is a new input, no repetitions. Per week there will be three tasks just for one person, to work on their own and two team tasks. The weekend is off like for work. It will end with a common evaluation for about an hour.

The workshop is packed with content about mindfulness, why you should start now with a change in your behaviour and why nowadays it gets more important than even. You will understand the different layers of mindfulness, how it is connected to your work day. Understand how important it is to take care for yourself with breaks and how that connects to creativitiy and mindfulness.
By small, effective exercises you will experience the effect yourself. Like everything it is about training, about consitency, hence you will get some tipps on that.
The workshop is a great idea for your team, get them closer together, to understand the different needs of everybody and to make progress within your team.
