In the workshop, you will experience the enriching effect of small, practical exercises to gently integrate mindfulness into everyday working life. It will be a holistic experience by combining practice-oriented exercises with comprehensible theory. Mindfulness and nature is closely connected and both sides should be included in our daily life. The workshop will let you experience the beauty of nature connected with mindfulness beeing. It will be a variety of theory as well as effective, well chosen exercises to let you understand what it means to be mindful.

When everybody works together, it's more enjoyable and effective. By seeing there activities as team building exercises and valuable personal investments, the program leads to success.
The program lasts four weeks, with daily input. The effort is at most 15 minutes to a determined time, ideally late morning or during lunch.
The program can be conducted from any location, making it ideal for remote teams or open-plan offices. No major physical activities are included.
We begin with an introduction to the topic, followed by an initial assessment via a questionnaire. At the start and end of the program, we'll measure progress. The core of the program consists of daily tasks on various topics (mindfulness, teamwork, body awareness, nature, etc.). These tasks take a maximum of 15 minutes and require minimal resources (only a handkerchief or sheet of paper). Each day introduces a new topic with no repetition. Three individual tasks are assigned each week, along with two team tasks. Weekends are off, just like regular workdays. The program concludes with a final evaluation, lasting about an hour.
